Creator Terms
Baseline terms for the See-Story Partner Creator Program and public Story publishing.
Creator Content Responsibilities
- Creators must publish only photos, stories, captions, and other content that they own or have permission to use.
- Creators must review AI-generated story text before publication.
- Creators must not publish private personal information, copyright-infringing content, misleading information, or unsafe content.
- Creators are responsible for making sure public stories are appropriate for search, sharing, and long-term hosting.
Platform Rights
- Creators keep ownership of their original content.
- By publishing a Story, creators grant SightEcho and See-Story a non-exclusive right to host, display, index, promote, and share the Story as part of the service.
- If a Story changes to PRIVATE, public route access should be blocked.
- UNLISTED Stories may be accessible by direct URL but are excluded from sitemap and search indexing.
AI Disclaimer
- AI-generated text may contain errors, omissions, or inaccurate place details.
- Creators must verify Story text before making it PUBLIC or indexable.
- SightEcho and See-Story may restrict search eligibility for Stories that fail quality, privacy, copyright, or safety checks.
Creator Program Compensation
- Partner Creator Pro access is a time-limited complimentary benefit granted after approval.
- Partner Creator Pro access does not change public subscription pricing.
- The default Partner Creator Pro access period is 3 months.
Governing Law
- These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA.
- The service is operated by SightEcho LLC, a Texas LLC.
- Disputes are subject to Texas jurisdiction; detailed provisions will be finalized in the final terms.
