AI Content Disclaimer

SightEcho uses artificial intelligence to generate travel descriptions, narration, recommendations, expense summaries, and Story content.

  • AI-generated; may be inaccurate or incomplete. Content is produced by automated AI systems and can contain errors, omissions, or outdated information.
  • Information only — not professional advice. Nothing in the app or on See-Story is medical, legal, financial, safety, or other professional advice.
  • Verify before you rely on it. Travel details change often — opening hours, prices, ticketing, transport schedules, entry rules, closures, and safety conditions. Always confirm with official or local sources before making decisions or travel plans.
  • Provided "as is." We provide AI-generated content without warranties of any kind and are not liable for decisions made in reliance on it.

Content & Creator Rights

You own your content. When you create a Story using SightEcho and publish it on See-Story, you keep ownership of your photos, text, and the Stories you create.

The license you give us. So that we can operate the service and show your work to others, you grant SightEcho LLC a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, display, reproduce, and distribute your published Stories on See-Story and within the SightEcho app and its related promotional placements (such as featured-creator spots). This license exists only to display your Story while it is published.

Your right to remove or delete. You can unpublish or delete your Stories at any time. When you do, we will remove them from public display on See-Story and stop showing them within a reasonable period.

Practical limits on deletion. After you delete a Story:

  • Third-party copies. We cannot control or remove copies others have already shared, saved, or screenshotted, or that search engines have cached or indexed.
  • Backups and logs. Deleted content may remain in routine system backups and operational logs for a limited period before being overwritten, or where retention is required by law.
  • Aggregated/anonymized data. Information already combined into anonymized or aggregated statistics (for example, destination view counts) is not tied to your individual Story and is not affected by deletion.

Your responsibilities. You confirm that you own or have the rights to the material you upload, that your content does not infringe anyone's rights or break any law, and that it contains no private information about other people without their permission.

Partner Creator Program (Beta) — No Guarantees

The See-Story Partner Creator Program is currently in beta.

  • No guaranteed revenue or revenue share. Participation includes no payment, revenue share, or earnings unless separately agreed in writing.
  • No guaranteed exposure or traffic. We do not guarantee any level of views, visitors, search ranking, featuring, or app installs.
  • Complimentary access. Partner Creator Pro access is provided at our discretion and may change or end.
  • Beta changes. Program features, benefits, and terms may change. We will give reasonable notice of material changes.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. The operating entity is SightEcho LLC.
